What is Ecological Design?
AVES provides ecological designs for individual properties to create a landscape that surpasses centrally managed properties in terms of beauty and functionality.
Conventional design aims to accomplish a purely aesthetic goal.
A property with a conventional design can be likened to a free radical--it is not grounded in nature and therefore just 'floats around' on an illusion.

In a sense, AVES hopes its ecological design can do away with a tired dichotomy in our society--it goes beyond the individual versus collective debate by 1) increasing the integrity of an individual property and 2) concatenating into a larger whole that offers exponential benefits as more and more properties join.
Popularly understood, the two options to treat properties seems to be 1) the freedom to degrade a property as you see fit because you paid for it or 2) the adhesion to a slough of rules and regulations dictated from deadpan bureaucrats confused about the essence of life.
